All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Approved claims are eligible for a replacement of the same item only. Refunds and exchanges for different products are not available.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via our standard shipping carriers. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. The Beauté Club is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
